I would encourage you both to message to delay the start slightly or to re-schedule. However, the policy is this, if a player is over 15 minutes late, the play on-time has the right to submit the score at X-0 and claims victory.

What if I lose WIFI or connection?

  • If you lose WIFI & connection you have 15 minutes to re-connect. If you do not re-connect, you will foresfit your game.

  • If the game crashes for both players, then the leg re-starts. You may need to start a new game and new leg, but note the score within the game.

  • Ensure you are messaging your opponent and keeping them informed. Again, I would encourage you both to message to to re-schedule or delay until the internet is working. However, the player with good connection maynot have the time, so the policy is this, if a player is over 15 minutes in re-connecting, the player with good connection has the right to submit the score at X-0 and claims victory.
