Who we are
DartsMatt is the trading name of DartsMatt Sports Performance Ltd ("DartsMatt", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through DartsMatt.com and our coaching services, how we use it and your rights. If you have any questions, email matt@dartsmatt.com.

What we collect
Contact details: your name, email address and phone number when you book, join, enter an event or contact us.
Booking and payment details: what you have bought and when. Payments are processed securely by Wix and our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
Coaching information: throw footage, session notes and improvement plans you share with us or that we create during coaching.
Membership stats data: if you are a DartsMatt Coaching Membership member and use the stats tracker on the My Progress page, we store the match details you log (date, match type, result, legs, averages, checkout and doubles figures, scores such as 180s) together with your Mental Game answers and any notes you add, plus your Benchmark scores.
Newsletter: your email address if you sign up to the DartsMatt newsletter.
Website usage: cookies and similar technologies set by Wix to run the site and understand how it is used.

How we use your information
To deliver coaching, events and your membership, including your monthly calls. To track your progress: your stats and Mental Game data are used to build your personal dashboard and are reviewed by Matt to plan your coaching. To manage bookings, payments and our records. To send newsletters and updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. We may use anonymised statistics that cannot identify you in our coaching content and marketing.

Our legal basis
We use your information to perform our contract with you (coaching and membership), for our legitimate interests (running and improving our services) and, for newsletters, with your consent.

Who can see your stats
Your membership stats are private. Only you (when logged in) and Matt can see them. We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run DartsMatt, such as Wix (website, membership and data storage), payment providers and our email newsletter provider, and only so they can provide their service to us.

How long we keep it
We keep membership stats while you are a member and for up to 12 months after your membership ends, so your history is there if you rejoin. After that we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete it sooner. We keep financial records for 6 years, as required by HMRC.

Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email matt@dartsmatt.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Junior players
For players under 18, a parent or guardian provides and manages their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
