Most players who come to me for coaching think their problem is unique. Their elbow does something odd. They fall apart on doubles. They throw beautifully in practice and like a stranger on match night.

Here is the thing. I can tell you those problems are not always unique at all. The same handful of mistakes turn up again and again, from first season league players right through to county standard. And once you can see them, you can fix them.

That is what Saturday 14 November at Flitwick Club is all about.
